偏移量不能用负的

同一类书的目录可以导入，但是偏移量不同，不能设置为负的话每个对应的页数就得一个个手动改了

真实了， 问题1. 有的扫描的书是直接从第几页开始， 偏移量不能设置为负的 ； 问题2. 不同章节可能偏移量不同，没办法单独设置
