Looks like there is some issue with the node at: https://ripplerm.github.io/ripple-wallet/ because I can't seem to execute any testnet operations.
When signing a raw transaction for SignerListSet, no blob is created. It works correctly for AccountSet, SetRegularKey and Payments.

It would be great if this wallet could also be used to create Escrow transactions (see https://ripple.com/build/transactions/#escrowcreate etc. for the format and https://ripple.com/build/escrow/ for the general overview of the feature).
