Cannot open in Browser on Desktop

Hi Everyone,

I downloaded the latest codebase from Github, extracted the zip file and went into the "extracted folder" and clicked on the .html file. A web page opened with the top row of menu items, however space below the top menu is blank. Unlike the demo online.

I tried latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Brave and Edge browsers as of 3/1/21.

Do I need to set something special in my browser to get this to work?
