Account explorer shows transactions that are not directly affecting an account

See https://charts.ripple.com/#/graph/rfNZPxoZ5Uaamdp339U9dCLWz2T73nZJZH as an example. Orders created using assets issued by the account are shown in this account's history, polluting it. That seems to be a bug to me, do you agree?

The account history page is designed to show activity for the account, not just initiated.
