info notices do not permanetly go away

The notice "New to Ripple Trade!" does not go away forever after I x it out. I do not expect to see this every time I login.

Also the "remember this computer for 30 days" function does not work for 2FA requiring me to 2FA after I successfully authenticate. This is unexpected behavior and annoying.

Andrew,

What browser are you using? The settings to remember to hide the notice as well as the "remember this computer" are stored locally in your browser, so I wonder if you're doing something special to clear your browser's local storage.

Chrome. Only thing special is I run ad-block and ghostery and enabled Do Not Track.

One of those things is preventing us from storing things in your local storage..

@Andrew415 Are you closing your browser between your tries, and/or running a tool like CCleaner?
