Clock hand can't moved to number 5, 6 and 7 on hours and 25, 30 and 35 on minutes time picker

I was trying this plugin but the clock hand can't moved to number 5, 6 and 7 on hours and 25, 30 and 35 on minutes time picker, maybe anyone have the same this problem, how i can solve this issue ? ripjardt

Just wanted to let you know I ran into something similar when trying to adjust the height of the picker to fit on mobile screens.

Resizing the clock's "face" is difficult because it breaks the touch areas. What we ended up doing was moving/shrinking many of the other elements and leaving the face of the clock as is.
