Numpad keys do not work for controlling game speed

As title says, pressing 1,2 or 3 on a numpad part of the keyboard does not affect game speed at all (numlock on & off doesn't matter).

Many other shortcuts do not work. Essential missing controls (based on TS2/TS3)

• WASD and arrow keys to move camera outside of freecam
• Ctrl + Arrow keys to rotate view
• Tilde ~ and Pause Break for pausing
• N switch to next Sim (also right-click Sim)
• and many more

Existing issues

• Clicking delete in the interface in Buy/Build does nothing
• Holding Left and right mouse buttons causes conflicting inputs

Optional

• Screenshot functionality with C like TS3
• Enter key for accepting prompts/dialogs
• Enter key for centering on Sim location
