Caching does not work with whereIn(query builder) or whereHas

I see that the Closure object in whereIn or whereHas is an empty json object when get the json to make the hash on generateCacheHash() method of Cacheable Traits so the hash will not be correct. Do have anyone get the same problem? How to deal with it?
