How to implement circular scrolling

How to implement circular scrolling , when the scroll is at the last item repeat scrolling from the first item as appended to the list like tat 1 2 3 4 1 2 3

You would have to combine this with something like Ionic's infinite scroll (or some other equivalent) that loads more records when you reach the end of the list, then you just reload your original array again as the new records.
