Currently when selecting Profile - Mixed I am able to search with Photon and other alternatives except for Here. If I switch to the Here Profile, it will also change...

The new UT version is being tested now. Is Pure Maps going to be compatible with is? There are some reports that it's not working atm in 24.04 (https://forums.ubports.com/topic/11215/upgrade-to-noble)

allow search to input geographical coordinate format

Unless I am doing something wrong, it seems that search only allows to enter decimal coordinates for a search like 12.3456°. Sometimes we get coordinates in geographical format like 12°34'56.78"....
