Show the upcoming speed limits

As suggested at https://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p=1547703&postcount=59 , would be great to show (or maybe tell) the distance to the upcoming speed limit. This would require some separate narration type approach, probably should come together with the lane support when it lands in Valhalla

Maybe speed limit could be just shown as a round circle on the route itself, if speed change is upcomming?

Probably a larger icon would have to be used. I would have to figure out how to do that precisely. We will probably need to use map matching by Valhalla to get such data and incorporate it into the map.
