Ringcon Fix not reading values from config.txt

I've tested adding several values for Ringcon Fix by altering config.txt but the value doesn't appear correctly inside the application when it is opened. The default "0" works, but adding any other value, either negative or positive, only appears as "1" in the application. The slider works just fine.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Apparently I made it a bool instead of a float because I was really clever. An easy fix but I am having issues with my dev machine so don't know when I can do a new release.
