RINGMesh should not crash here but it should tell the user to provide missing information. .so should come with the sealed model3D

#200 Sonar scanner has been deactivated since this PR. Sonar scanner does not some option because sonar github plugin is deprecated and replaced by commercial service. I did not succeed...
