Ringtone volume options

Our users would like to have the ability to customize the ringtone on the embeddable app. Currently, there doesn't appear to be any options for changing the ringtone audio or volume. This is resulting in (literal) headaches for users that need the volume up to hear on calls, but then get blasted by the bell ringer all day.

The ability to adjust volume on the ringer is the primary request. Being able to choose from a predefined list of alternate ringtones or upload their own might be a secondary / nice-to-have feature.

Hi @duyendoan Currently it doesn't support to reduce volume in the app, user need to reduce by system settings. Let me add it into back log.
