Add hooks

Would be nice if there was hooks to change the behaviour of an action, like useThrottle.

Yet this would be a breaking change. With useEvent, for example, this would remove BindEvent and BindSyncEvent, as they wouldn't be needed anymore.

Same goes for MiddlewareAction vs useMiddleware.
