Install fleetctl on MacOS

Last time `fleetctl` had special build for MacOS for version v0.11.7 (see https://github.com/coreos/fleet/releases). There are no MacOS builds for new `fleetctl` versions. So, the commands from `2-get_k8s_fleet_etcd.sh` file don't work...
