1.2.6.25 - White Screen on Load, Caused by Multi-monitor setup.

0. Windows Settings -> System -> Display; note down which display is your main display.
1. Launch Windows File Explorer.
2. Navigate to your RimPy installation Folder.
3. Move the File Explorer window to the main display.
4. Execute RimPy.exe
5. Note the splash screen displays on the main display.
6. Watch as it successfully launches
7. Exit RimPy
8. Move your File Explorer window to the secondary display.
9. Execute RimPy.exe once again
10. Watch as the splash screen shows up on main display.
11. Watch as RimPy opens on secondary display.
12. See White Screen of Non-responsiveness.
13. Force exit RimPy.
14. Move the File Explorer window back to main display.
15. Launch successfully.

I have this same issue. The steps to replicate and fix are the same for me too.
