Integrate Multiplayer Compatibility Ratings

Like in Fluffy's Mod Manager, integrate Multiplayer Compatibility Ratings from Zetriths List (github)

When putting together Modlists for Multiplayer sessions, I'm having a hard time ensuring that I only pick stable mods, manually cross checking on Zetrith Spreadsheet or having to switch over to Fluffy's Mod Manager entirely.

Therefore, I'd like an option to toggle on the Compatibility Ratings and maybe even an easy way to filter by rating.

I'm also happy to contribute this myself if no one else here is interested in multiplayer compatibility.
