subscribing to scenarios via steam workshop results in "UNKNOWN" mods

I subscribed to a handful of scenarios using the steam workshop; they automatically downloaded to the mod path as a folder containing nothing but a single .rsc file. rimPY is unhappy about them. :)

It would be nice if RimPY would identify and either ignore, or pull the scenario name from, these "strange" mod folders. :)
