Enhancement: Scroll while drag and dropping mods.

I would very much like the functionality of being able to scroll while dragging a mod, like you can with the vanilla Rimworld mod manager. Having to drag a mod to the top or bottom of the list and wait for it to scroll can be very slow on larger modlists.

Looks like impossible with PyQt.

While holding a mod and moving the mouse up and down I can use the scroll wheel. Only while moving the mouse does this work.
