[Request] Workshop collection to modlist

Basically a way to add a workshop collection modlist to a Rimpy modlist. Currently I think the only way to do this is to unsubscribe from all mods, which isn't ideal if you have multiple gamefiles with different mods. Or manually adding, which isn't ideal with 100+ modlists...
