0.15.0.0使用OneDrive作用戶文件，重啓後存取被拒

• 小狼毫版本: 0.15.0.0

描述遇到的问题 安裝小狼毫0.15.0.0並重新開機後會出現無限維護中，並且無法輸入中文 在卸載並重新安裝後，不重啓前均可使用，一旦重啓就會發生上述情況。

复现步骤 重现问题的步骤，如： 1.使用OneDrive作爲用戶文件存放位置 2.重啓電腦 3.切換小狼毫並輸入文字

可以试试不用官方 onedrive 客户端, 放到其他目录以后用 rclone 等第三方工具手动同步到 onedrive 上 命令类似 rclone sync -P "D:\RimeProfile" "OneDrive:/RimeProfile"
