Move `{lettered, maps, phrase}.dict.yaml` to upstream?

我估呢個唔係好合適，因為個上游詞表係可以有其他用途嘅，而碼表係專門用嚟打字嘅，呢啲 lettered maps phrase係係僅限於打字場合適用。

lettered 應該可以整理下之後搬上去，phrase 肯定要大大大執 令外 maps 都有啲有價值嘅，好似「德福（廣場）」「朗豪（坊）」「圓方」呢啲入 proper noun，都係要人手 filter
