[Rill Developer UI] Add cell inspector for long values.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If a row value in a table is long and hard to read, you need to shift click to "copy" the full to see it.

Describe the solution you'd like Instead, a cell inspector would be nice to have. IE: <....> + click and it opens a hovered box or panel with the full text. selecting away would automatically remove the dialogue box or panel.

Describe alternatives you've considered Shift click to copy the value and in the UI it displays what is being copied for a few moments.
