Add support for grain for day for year time range

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently hitting a blocker where yearly data does not allow for day grain. Any 365 days + time range will automatically remove the day grain. With only 365 data points, this shouldnt be a limitation and is a valuable view for customers

As a thumb rule we should allow plotting upto 1K points, Our default recommended time range can still remain the one that is upto 300 data points, lets revise other time ranges as well when we look into it.
