Admin can view if user is viewing dashboard (kind of like in Notion and Gsheets)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No problem, just a FR.

Describe the solution you'd like As an administrator, if I share a dashboard link to a user, it would be nice to see if they are viewing the page, like you can see in notion and gsheets. I dont think we need to go as deep as where the user is clicking etc. but show active / inactivity
