Tech Debt: Consolidate on `ExploreState` term for client-side state

Our client-side Explore state is currently referred to with different names throughout the codebase: metricsExplorerEntity, metricsExplorer, dashboard, and exploreState. It's a cognitive burden to keep track of all these terms. We need to consolidate on one term: exploreState.
