Additional Capabilities to Time Dimension graph

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When viewing a time dimension graph, would like to have the ability to force values on the graph instead of mousing over options.

Describe the solution you'd like command + click on a location would 'save' the location to on the graph then can roll over another value so two values displayed.

Could trigger the same % increase numbers as the period comparison feature
