Add UI Capability to refresh data

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not all administrators want to use CLI, add method to refresh source from UI

Describe the solution you'd like Since we now have all, model, source refreshes, simple have a Cycle button on each component could do the same as rill project refresh --source/--model XYZ
