Requirements

• Create a page at ui.rilldata.com/[org]/[project]/-/public-urls
• List all Public URLs in a table
• Include:
  • dashboard to which the URL applies
  • expiration time (if any)
  • a delete action

And rill share-url in the latest CLI build.
