Rill Developer Binary not working on Windows

Describe the bug We have a user reporting that they are unable to use Rill Developer on Windows.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Rill on windows using the binary asset for 0.5.0. User's specific hardware:
2. 
3. Init a project and the files materialize as expected.
4. Try to start the application.
5. Application starts but is in a frozen state where no data can be ingested and no models created.

Additional context They also could not get the example project working. We might need to revisit how the data files are unzipped.
