Create Alert dialog

• [ ] Pre-fill dimension from the selected dimension table
• [ ] Pre-fill measure from leaderboard measure
• [ ] Use the selected time grain in the data preview
• [ ] Cancel dialog
• [ ] The measure(s) selected in the Data tab should be the only ones available in the Criteria tab
• [ ] Show form validation errors everywhere
• [ ] Debounce measure filter updates, so we don't fetch data continuously
• [ ] Better loading experience for the Data Preview section
