I'm sorry I just saw this now! Happens every time and 7.0.4 on iPhone 5.

Might be worth turning off your current Winterboard tweaks and seeing if the issue remains. Could be a tweak clashing with it. Unable to replicate on stock iOS 7.1 Beta 5 here.

Removed Winterboard and several major tweaks and still no luck with seeing the full description. When I have more time later I'm going to try and remove everything I've installed one by one from Cydia to see if I can pinpoint which is the problem, if that is the problem.

I know UITextView has this issue under certain situations, and did indeed have this during development, but I fixed it for me, and haven't seen an error like it occur since. Keep me updated!

No luck with any of that. Uninstalled each one by one, tested the Event Distribution each time, and each time it came back the same.

What other jailbreak tweaks do you have installed? Did you try respringing and rebooting?
