slowdown/freeze on save state/sustain

I've had an issue with games freezing up when I save state or sustain a button. This used to happen much worse with earlier betas, but it's still there.

Playing Kingdom Hearts: CoM, when I used a sustain button, it froze for about 5 seconds before picking back up. Same with creating a save state, froze for about 5 seconds before picking up again. the first few seconds after starting back up were pretty laggy too.

I've had issues with it freezing up almost completely for quite a long time, but not since this version of the beta was released.

After all this time, I'm fairly certain I found the root cause of this...and it seems to be a bug with iOS 7 and Core Audio. So, hoping 7.1 fixes it, since it hasn't occurred on my 7.1 test device yet
