Feature Request: Combine gamepad and touch controls

Hi! When I am using an external controller, I don't have enough buttons to map all SNES buttons. It would be great if I could use the controller for most buttons, and just have Start and Select on the touch screen.

Bumping up this old issue. I've found the same using controllers that only have 12 buttons. If you're using the DS or SNES for example, you won't be able to map menu (and now can't exit the game unless you turn your controller off to revert to touch controls).
