Phone heating up

Got an iphone X, ios 13.5. It heats up and the game slows down after 45 seconds~ of using Delta. Is there a solution for it please?

Pokemon radical red, and latest version of public delta, 1.2. Also this doesn't happen when using gba4Ios.
