Adopt Apple Silicon Mac

Can't scale window size on Apple Silicon devices like MacBook M3 Pro, may have more UI optimizations for Mac.

There is no need for Delta on apple silicon, as you can just use OpenEmu, or Retroarch.

@bradleytechman saves don't sync well or automatically, the UI isn't the same.. there is something to be said for a single crossplatform emulator platform that "Just Works™"

Arbitrary window sizes seems to be a limitation of iPhone or iPad app store software on MacOS. Other apps have this limitation, and there seems to be no way around it except to write a Mac app—a huge undertaking which is not a bug.
