Emudeck Sync Support

As many of us have embraced Emudeck as a way to configure our series of emulators and sync saves between devices, it'd be amazing if Delta also supported syncing with Emudeck (for example on our Google Drive)

Obviously the cores and config may not be compatible, but if our libraries and saves were synced between the two it'd let people squeeze in some more progress on their games when waiting in line for a coffee or wherever the kids play.

I don't believe Emudeck supports Rom syncing yet but even save syncing would be great
