Ability to import game cheat lists into Delta

Manually typing these all in is a bit rough 😉

I see on the site https://gamehacking.org you can check mark certain cheats and export them to a file.

It would be awesome to be able to import those into Delta

That would be good if we can import a cheat.xml into emu. There are many moded games/unofficially localized games that cannot be matched in default cheat base.
