Keep seeing App Stopped Running notification

Am i the only one having this problem? From time to time i keep seeing this notification

App Stopped Running Tap this notification to resume monitoring your clipboard

Tap on the notification switches to app but the moment it goes to background the notification pops up again.

Any tips?

Adding to that, I'm not found "clip" in "Background App Refresh" list.

Same here. I removed it and reinstalled it, even tried Beta. As soon as I navigate away from the app I get the notification that it stopped running. Also it's not present in my Background App Refresh list, or in app-specific settings

I encountered the same issue. By switching location access to “Always,” the problem resolved.

The way it tracks is by tracking your location, allowing it to run in the background in the form of location tracking basically.
