[Suggestion] Allow AltStore to execute IPA’s without installation

Just a quick little idea i had (this maybe isn’t the best of places to put it), but could you create some kind of “IPA loader” to load IPAs into memory (well duh) and hand execution to them WITHOUT installation? Perhaps AltStore could also have maybe an ELF interpreter, or if those weren’t possible, maybe just a python interpreter. Maybe this doesn’t have to be part of AltStore, just another app to sideload, but still would be nice to have without needing additional installations.
