This isssue has been bugging me for years and never got solved. It's even present in latest version 1.7.

This issue occurs every few days after a device reboot. To fix this, you have to restart the device whenever this error is present. And every time after a reboot you could successfully refresh the apps without needing to restart the AltServer. So this rule out the AltServer issue.

iPad Pro WiFi 2020, iOS 15->17 (currently on iOS 17), AltStore v1.7

I have this exact same issue, on both my iPhone 14 Pro and iPad Pro A12Z. It happens every other few days like @yur1xpp described.
