Error -29004 action could not be completed due to possible environment mismatch

I have this issue and can not fix it.

To anyone having this in the future, I got round it by making sure the Mail plugin is installed, enabled, and that an account is logged in - without having an account registered to Mail, it didn't seem to load the plugin
