Localization support

This PR adds support for localization using legacy .strings files (so they can be translated with weblate, due to the service's lack of supports for the newer .xcstrings catalogs: https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/issues/10848).

The English .strings file was populated with the xcstringstool command:

xcrun xcstringstool extract --SwiftUI --modern-localizable-strings --legacy-localizable-strings -o AltStore/Resources/en.lproj --output-format strings AltStore

Empty fr.lproj/Localizable.strings and ja.lproj/Localizable.strings files are included for future translations…

FYI: This repository appears to be unmaintained. I would not put any more work into this unless you hear back from the maintainers.
