Jitterbugpair contains "malware"

Hi, was just trying to set up JIT using the guide at https://faq.altstore.io/altstore-classic/enabling-jit however when attempting to run the jitterbugpair executable I get the pop up "jitterbugpair was not opened because it contains malware".

I downloaded jitterbugpair from altstore.io, and running it in virustotal seems to show that it's a signed application with 0 detections, so did apple revoke certs?

I've attached the file that I downloaded from the website just in case it really is illegitimate but I've checked many many times and it is from altstore.io
