Unable to uninstall Altstore app

Hi AltStore team,

I'm having trouble uninstalling the DolphiniOS app from my iPad (9th generation, running iPadOS 18.5). I originally installed it using AltStore on Windows, but now I can't seem to remove it.

Here’s what I’ve tried:

Deleting the app directly from the iPad home screen (long press → delete).

Reinstalling AltStore and checking for uninstall options.

Using AltServer on Windows to manage/remove the app.

Unfortunately, none of these steps worked—the app remains installed. I’m not sure which version of DolphiniOS I have, but I installed it recently.

Could you please advise on how to properly uninstall DolphiniOS from my device?
