iPhone no longer connecting to iTunes after iOS 18 update

I have installed altstore perfectly fine, but I am not able to use iTunes anymore after it forced me to download a new update for iPhone, now I cannot connect to it at all! I'm on the same WiFi and I have my iPhone plugged into my PC. Please somebody help. (i use windows 11)

iTunes for windows is deprecated. Use the Apple Devices App from the Microsoft Store instead.

I was able to use iTunes before, but sure! I'll try it out and see if it works

The change to another application on your desktop is unlikely to fix any issues you encounter with AltStore on your mobile device, but you could give it a try.
