Install and Refresh Failed: NSCocoaErrorDomain 512

As of a few days ago, it seems like i can't refresh any third party app or install new ones, as they all fail due to similar errors, but with the same error code NSCocoaErrorDomain 512: "The file couldn't be saved in the folder .ljproj"
