AltStore unverifying itself and other sideloaded apps when trying to backup a sideloaded app

[iOS 18 Developer Beta 1] Everytime I try to backup a sideloaded app so I can install an ipa file, multiple errors pop up saying that my device management settings dont allow using apps from myself, however I already verified my email in settings. Here's a demo video from my iPhone:
