Crashes app

Hello! When installing any application, the alt store crashes, the cache in the application is reset, the alt server and alt store have already been reinstalled 10 times. Tell me how to solve the problem, ios 17.5.1 iPhone 11, alt server installed on Windows. I am attaching a video, there is nothing in the error logs, it just creates an app id. I tried to connect to a common wifi network, via a wire from a PC, but it didn’t work at all.
